The traditional Joutohölkkä was held on Saturday, July 8, 2023, in Joutsa. Runners competed on a revised route that went from the sports field to Kangasniementie, Rauhalantie, and through Koiravuori back. The route was 8.2 km long, and all participants received a participation medal as well as raffle prizes in the jogging category. There were also prizes for the top three in the competitive categories.
