The Kuohun Tasoittava 5000m is a running event held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at the Vaajakoski Sports Field. The competitive categories are 5000m for women (start time 12:00) and men (start time 12:30), and if necessary, multiple heats will be run. Final results will be determined according to the World Masters Athletics age grading calculator (version 2023), and runners of all ages can participate in the same category. Pre-registration ends on July 9, 2025, and on-site registration is possible until 11:30.

Highlights

  • The participation fee is 10 euros in advance and 15 euros on-site, payment only in cash.
