The Forssa Park Run, which enhances the fitness of the entire city, has been attracting runners for 30 years. Held once a month, the park run features 100-200 runners of various ages, and the stunning route winds through the landscapes of the Loimijoki River. Park runners set off once a month to dash along either a 5.8 km or an 11.2 km course that loops around the outskirts of Forssa's city center, in the park of the old cotton mill and along the banks of the Loimijoki. The start and finish are located on Keskuskatu, in front of the over hundred-year-old Elävien kuvien cinema.
