On the first Saturday of every month, you can experience the changing of the seasons by participating in a free 2-mile measured and timed running and walking event. The course is a loop that runs along the shores of Lake Washington in the beautiful Magnuson Park, Seattle. The waves, birds, and eagles, along with the stunning views of Mount Rainier on a clear day, make this a fun and inspiring way to get some exercise early in the morning. The event starts at 8:00 AM, north of the marina, over the wooden bridge. Register at the starting line. See you there!
