Finlandiaviesti 1/2026 is part of the Finlandia Marathon event, which will be held in Jyväskylä on September 11-12, 2026. The event offers runners a variety of distances, including 5 km, 10 km, half marathon, and marathon, suitable for all levels of runners. The course runs along Jyväskylä's Rantaraitti, awarded as Finland's most beautiful traffic route, providing a flat and fast running experience. The Finlandia Marathon is known for its runner-friendly route, excellent atmosphere, and an event weekend full of experiences in the beautiful landscapes of Central Finland.

There are water stations along the route, and tables are reserved for participants' own drinks at the stations. Students receive a €10 discount on the participation fee (€5 for Finlandia Vitosella). With an S-Etukortti or Juoksijakortti, a €4 discount is available on the participation fee. Cancellation insurance is included for registrations made by May 31, after which the cancellation fee is €5. The event includes relay races, marathon, half marathon, and shorter runs, offering participants the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful environment and a good atmosphere.
